IJM TIMBER FRAME CONTINUED EXPANSION
Ireland's original timber frame company, IJM Timber Frame of Monaghan, has recently completed the acquisition of a new factory site in Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.

The 120,000 sq foot Castlecomer facility will be the base for manufacturing, design and technical teams - with production building up over the summer. Full production is envisaged for early 2005 - a key date in the IJM calendar, as it marks the 40th anniversary of the business.

We are now recruiting for the following positions at:
Castlecomer, County Kilkenny

• PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
  Applicants must possess production experience ideally in Timber Frame or other construction industry. Work activities will include the cutting and assembly of internal and external walls and floor components.

• TECHNICAL MANAGER
  Applicants must possess a min. of 2 years relevant management experience in the Construction industry, including contract management and a knowledge of technical drawings. A third level qualification in construction, architecture or engineering is desirable. Responsibility will include management of staff producing architectural drawings, technical customer support, contract review and work scheduling in a busy Design office.

• STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
  Applicants must possess a degree or diploma in structural engineering and have a minimum of one to two years relevant experience in the construction industry preferably with Timber Frame.

• ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGISTS
  Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience of design in the construction industry (ideally Timber Frame) including experience of CAD Design.

• DESIGN & SENIOR DESIGN TECHNICIANS
