- Having drawn up your house design, you can either post a copy of the
plans to our sales office for a quotation or request a quotation on line.
Alternatively, if you choose a house from our drawings database you can
use our cost matrix to calculate the actual price for the house size you
require.
- Once you receive your written quotation you will have the opportunity
to contact your local IJM sales manager to discuss your proposed development
and check out any technical points which need clarification.
- Having reached a satisfactory agreement, you will then be able to draw
up a purchasing agreement with our sales manager detailing the bill of materials
required to build your home, the delivery schedule and on site requirements.
- During the construction of your home, our sales manager will be on hand
at all times to ensure that all work carried out by the contracted builder
is to an acceptable standard, and to clarify any points that may occur.
